Erika has spent the last ten years working in client relations and administrative roles, allowing her to further her expertise in working with C-Level executives, clients, and internal employees. She currently manages operational affairs of Selective Search, leads and supports the staff, and primarily focuses on the Company’s priority growth projects with the CEO and Founder. Her ability to problem solve, efficiently execute plans and create an enriching experience for all employees has proved her as an asset to Selective Search.
